Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Spencer Uncensored. I'm your host, Spencer, and this is episode 67. Yes, we’ve been at this for over a year now, and it’s been a wild ride, to say the least. Today’s setup is a bit different—well, not really. I’m in the same place I am every week, but instead of streaming through Zoom, I’m coming to you live from inside the Facebook app. A change, but a small one. During one of those creatively rich days, I found myself on the back deck with a cigar in one hand and a marker in the other, whiteboarding away. If you’ve never tried whiteboarding your ideas, it’s quite something—like doing a mind map but way more dynamic. It’s one of those non-digital ways I keep track of what’s coming down the pipeline and maintain a grip on the bustling world of ideas that is this show. 4Interestingly, today’s stream had a bit of a hiccup as I couldn’t do it from Zoom. I prefer Zoom for its cleaner look and the different recording quality it offers, but no worries—we adapt and overcome. And for those of you tuning in from New Jersey, shoutout to you! Cool to have you here.
Let’s dive into today's conversation which, by the way, might be a short one. Our primary focus today is on the concept of drive. We’ve touched on this in past episodes, and the evolution of this topic has been quite impactful. We’re now incorporating more master classes and even considering a two-day boot camp. What do you think? Would you prefer a condensed two-day session or a spread-out seven-week program? Each has its merits, particularly in how they allow for absorption and application of the unshakable framework we delve into. If you’re familiar with our discussions, you know we often talk about the interplay of mindset, mechanics, and movement. There are four patterns we’ve identified: frustration, burnout, stagnation, and the unshakable state. Each requires a different focus—mechanics for those feeling stuck without traction, mindset for those hitting a ceiling despite past successes, and movement for those who see possibilities but can’t seem to initiate action. In particular, I’ve had enlightening conversations with real estate agents recently. The industry’s changes have many feeling uncertain, drifting rather than driving forward. Using the strategies we discuss, like understanding the difference between a drifter and a driver, can pivot someone’s career trajectory significantly. To those tuning in for the first time or the hundredth, think about where you stand. Are you frustrated, burned out, or feeling stagnant? The tools and strategies we discuss here can shift your journey toward unshakable progress. We’re also making strides with a new book, which is taking precedence over the originally planned "Unshakable Drive." This new book will cover momentum and mastery more broadly, aiming to provide a comprehensive guide to achieving unshakable progress. As we wrap up, remember that whether you’re looking to increase your pace or fine-tune your approach, there’s something in this for everyone. Time is a resource, and how we choose to spend or save it distinguishes our outcomes dramatically. Wealthy individuals often spend money to save time—a philosophy that underscores much of what we discuss here. So, whether you’re here for personal growth or professional development, or maybe you’re interested in bringing me in for a masterclass, remember this platform is all about forward movement and tangible results. Thanks for joining me tonight on Spencer Uncensored. Don’t forget to check out our website and consider joining our private Facebook group if you haven’t yet. Keep moving forward, and as always, stay unshakable. |
